I'm not seeing my direct messages in Cornerstore

This might be because you need to enable access separately. It's different for each platform:

Instagram:

Go to Settings → Messages and Story Replies

Make sure both 'who can send you messages' and 'allow access to messages' are set to allowed/everyone

if you have more restrictive settings under message requests, that's fine, but may limit your interactions.

Go to https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ – check that the application

Check your Requests folder so chats aren't getting lost.

Facebook:

Go to Review Settings → Privacy → Messages (or "Message Settings") to ensure you can receive DMs, and look in your Message Requests folder.

Bluesky:

Open Settings → Moderation → Direct Messages to confirm you've allowed messages from others, and check any incoming requests.

Twitter/X:

At this time, we've had to disable Twitter direct messages because of API limitations (e.g. we'd need to pay $50K/month for this). Let us know if you're interested, though!
